The interview process was straightforward. They didn’t really ask any competency based questions. Used to hiring students with little experience. Informal style of interviewing, not much prep needed. Asked if I know someone working there already

Asked basic interview questions, e.g. why did I apply for this job, and asked what were my time availability and preferences. The staffs were friendly and had a decent working environment.
