One on one with an employee who was very nice and helpful. Sat in a small office answering questions. Had to get there 10 mins early and wait in the staff room. Very relaxed process not stressful.

Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.

Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
