Talk with HR, about 30 minutes reviewing CV and doing basic hr questions. Next was a 1 hour panel interview with managers going over your resume and explaining why you'd work there, etc. but to two different groups.

I received an email from HR in Toronto, On. inquiring about my availability for a team discussion regarding the position: Product Support Engineer. I confirmed my availability and offered several time slots for their consideration.

Question 1
The interview began without any behavioral questions. Instead, the interviewer asked me to walk him through my resume and provide more details about my experience with SAML and OAuth. He then explained Proofpoint's policies and inquired if I was comfortable working under them, to which I agreed. When he asked about my salary expectations, I stated $67K, at which point I noticed a change in his body language. I wondered if my response had disqualified me. After a week without any follow-up, I realized I had been ghosted.

My interview started really well. Explained my self and my past experiences. Then one of the staff manager started to do background check. The question was what did you do between such and such years... That's not your job buddy. Very unprofessional...
