      In person with managers then zoom ‘cultural interview’ with random people in the company, the managers and hr loved me then I failed the worlds most difficult cultural interview which was honestly nuts. Hr even went back after I was rejected asking if they could review. I wouldn’t of said yes even if they did change my mind that being the initial feeling

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we're disappointed to hear that you've walked away with a negative experience. When we partner with a third-party agency, our goal is to ensure constructive feedback is provided throughout the process. With your experience it appears that this wasn’t the case, and our goal is to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. As a values led organisation, our culture interview stage has been designed as a final stage in every interview process, to gauge your values alignment to our organisation. Any prospective employee needs to successfully clear this stage, to secure employment with Prospa. The questions are behavioural questions, they are open ended, and we look for example-based answers that demonstrate an alignment to our values. The questions are identical for all candidates, and the interviews are conducted Prosparian's that have been trained up to effectively conduct these interviews. We receive overwhelmingly positive feedback around this stage of the process and the opportunity to ask our Culture Ambassadors unbiased, bold, open and real feedback about their experience working at Prospa. We wish you all the best with your search, and will take your experience on as an opportunity to build on processes and our partnerships with our external partners.

      Spoke with a recruiter and like the sound of the role. Then met the managers in person. The office was really nice and everyone was very friendly. They asked me for examples from my customer service experience and how I manage hard situations. In the end I was told I didn't perform as well as other candidates in the interviews. I got good feedback though and we agreed to stay in contact for other roles because I walked away wanting to work there.

      HR called me to do an interview and asked me questions relating to the role only to then tell me the position has been filled, didn't offer anything else in the company or give me a feedback email even though I asked.

In this market, we've been incredibly fortunate to work with a high volume of quality candidates resulting in a highly competitive shortlisting process. We're often speaking to multiple strong candidates at any given time and there may not always be actionable feedback to provide (rather a reference to another candidate performing even stronger in their interview process).
