I discovered P.S. through my school's career fair. A month-or-so after submitting my application, I was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled a thirty-minute phone screening with them. Afterwards came a 1-hour 40-minute online assessment that was part GRE-style questions, part coding challenges. I found the assessment to be very challenging, but was nonetheless invited on-site for interviews.
While on-site, I participated in a behavioral interview, a technical interview, and a group exercise in which I and other candidates designed an application. The on-site process was more casual than other on-sites I have done and I found myself enjoying the activities and conversations I had with other employees.

One of the worst recruiting processes I've been through as an almost new grad student searching for SWE roles. It was a very long and inefficient process to arrange interviews. On the first behavioral interview, the interviewer was about ten minutes late. I moved forward to the next interview, and the interviewer didn't even show up. We rearranged another interview, and the interviewer failed to show up again. I felt like my time was wasted and not valued, and I found it highly unprofessional how interviewers don't even show up. Very disappointed overall.

Really smooth process. There are 4 rounds:
1.OA
2.Behavior
3.Techincal
4.Final day(you work in groups)
I really enjoyed their process, they make you feel comfortable during interviews. OA is Leetcode easy-med. Behavior is general questions about your projects. Technical depends upon who you interview with.
