A screening call on the phone, followed by an in-person interview and a second interview. During the screening call, I described my background and asked them about their business model. In the in-person interviews I showed my UX portfolio and answered questions about my role in the projects displayed.

It was quite smooth. There were about five stages in total I think, this includes recruiter chat, portfolio review, take home task(plus a call to explain my process), core values interview, meeting with business leads. Response time after each interview was quite fast. I was offered the job a day after the final round.
