2 rounds, sales representative position, good for part time option, all you need is communication skills besides that you dont need anything at all. The process is very simple as they have a burning requirement. Very high chances of getting shortlisted and getting the offer
It was a fairly simple process. Did not take too long. Easy questions and was not too challenging to answer. Seems like energetic people. There was more than one round of interviewing.

Entretien
Received a phone call the second day after I applied. Followed up with an interview on the same week. Then they would ask you to stop at one of their Canadian Tire store to see how you would be working if you get the job. And ask if it is something you could see yourself doing.
