I Applied last Aug 2018 and was given a feedback after a month. They asked for an online video interview and accomplished it last Sep 2018. They emailed me and requested for a Phone Interview and asked for available dates from Nov 2/3. I responded but no reply from their end. I waited for two whole days (even asked for 2 days leave just in case they might call). But no calls were made. They emailed me again for a panel interview at their headquarters and was asked for my availability. I responded immediately but NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I emailed again just to ask if they are receiving my response, but there was an automatic reply that they have exceeded the number of emails for that day. Which ofcourse means one thing. On January 2019, I checked my application status and it was written “Regret” but still no email found. It is very unprofessional for the HR team to not respond on their applicant’s emails and to ask availability dates (which was given by them) but will not respond or even commit. If you want to reject an applicant, I highly recommend to tell them right away.
