Entretien
First interview was on-phone, involved resume based Questions, basic CMOS and testing questions. Next Round was on-site, involved meeting 5 engineers (45 mins per person) all from your future team. Questions are pretty much related to the profile (CMOS, Analog, DSP, Testing, ASIC).
The interview was done by 3 seniors and took place via Zoom. The schedule and link was sent via email around 1 week before. The whole interview process lasted for around 30 minutes and was done in English.
1. 1st phone screening, resume discussion, and going over the job profile. Questions on transistor physics.
2. 6 rounds of individual interviews with team engineers, including manager interview. Deep dive into transistor physics and graphs, professional history and problem solving.
3. HR interview and negotiation.
