Applied through my former University's job portal. Met with recruiting team, followed by phone interview with management team, followed by in-person interview on corporate campus. People were generally very open and able to hold a conversation. Position was very competitive and required serious interview skills. Be prepared to discuss your background, strengths, weaknesses, as well as future career goals and why you are interested in Qualcomm. Overall, the staff is very friendly and appears to work well together and want everyone to succeed. I think anyone reading this review and in the San Diego area should definitely check out Qualcomm as a potential new career if the opportunity merits it.
