Applied online and HR reached out to me about 1.5 - 2 months later to try to schedule a phone interview with an engineer on the team. The interview itself was fine, but it felt like a formality. HR never let me know about the hiring process and the interviewer could only give me guesses based on his experience interviewing when I asked. After waiting 2 weeks from the phone interview, I emailed the HR person who contacted me asking if there were any updates and a couple hours later I received a response that my application would not be moving forward.
