My experience was very bad in this company. I cleared the recruiter, phone screen (manager) and then an onsite of about 5 rounds. Easy algorithm questions, and some questions on the project I worked on. The manager was friendly and also some of the other interviewers. I had a lunch with 2 workers who seemed ok too. After all these, the recruiter calls me next day to take a some sort of puzzle hands on coding exercise!! Weird. They basically wasted my PTO for nothing. Advise to Quantcast - Please keep these take home exercise before the onsite, so candidates do not waste their time half-day in onsite. I declined the coding exercise.

A Code Test,
I didn't notice they wanted more structure or testing or mainly algorithms.
I think as part of the code test is always important to mention what is the key important things for the interviewers.
Perhaps the interview to interview is so different, seems like a capable person might just miss an interview because he hasn't done an interview for couple of years.

Entretien
Recruiter had a call me with me first.
After that I was shared a take home assignment. Once that is cleared they have a follow up technical interview on the take home home assignment.
Got rejected after that, not sure of the reason of rejection as interview went fine.

Entretien
The process was pretty standard. 1 phone call to explain the process, 1 coderpad and then onsite which had 4 rounds. Heavily inspired by Amazon SDE interview. Everyone from HR to employees who took the interview were really nice. Treated with lot of respect and but all of them were very curious on why I was leaving my old firm.

Frontend Engineering Question: Design a traffic light which turns red, yellow, green when you press the stop, wait and go buttons
General Data Structure and Algorithm Questions:
* Find the longest increasing substring with an array.
* Design a key, value store with enhanced session_begin, Commit and rollback features.
