I was referred from my previous co-worker. I got the phone interview first and followed by panel interview. Interview time was average more focused on behavioral question and scenario testing.
I was asked about the previous experience and how it related to the position that I was applying.
Normal
the process is normal, and it last for 30 min with HR, They won't be able to process it if you don't have a work permit in hands.
Only 1 people interviewed me, the interview was online.

Entretien
There were 2 rounds of interviews, one for the behaviour and one for technical. The 2 rounds are with different interviewers asking questions regarding specifically to resume and job description.
Asked about capital markets and specific instruments like derivatives, fixed income bonds, money markets, and my knowledge about front office Profit and loss experience. I was also asked about my interest in the role
