First interview is with HR rep over the phone. Just basic questions about your resume, why choose RBC, how accomplish your MBA, etc. Second interview is with Commercial team leader in person. Talk about long-term goal, how evolve from college and graduate schools, what experience from previous jobs, etc. Third interview is with associate team leader whom I'm directly reporting to. Flexible questions include how you assess the Brexit, what impacts do you expect on Canadian market and businesses, what career path are you expecting in short-term, etc.
