J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez RBC (New York, NY)
Entretien
All my interviews were in person. Of the interviews, I had only had one technical interview and that was a two on one. HR always followed up consistently after the interview to indicate what the next steps were. Different than a lot of shops, there was no modeling exam given. While interviewing, I got the feeling they primarily only hire those that were ‘Finance’ majors.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Put the following countries in order of best credit quality.
Great convo for two rounds, but ghosting after the final with no rejection letter. I have to keep logging in to my portal to find out the result. Expecting more professional for them to handle the decision delivery
I was one of the earlier candidates to be interviewed, and at that time the process wasn’t very well organized. It took quite a while just to find the interviewer when I arrived, and the interview itself was conducted by two interviewers.

Question 1
There was an on-the-spot assessment, similar to a short case study. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature, including questions about multi-tasking and managing multiple or competing deadlines.
Standard interview process, responsive hr team. overall good experience. Each stage was clearly communicated in advance, and the interviewers were professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in my experience. The questions were fair and relevant, and the conversation flowed naturally.
