Interviewing process was straightforward and quick. Met with a variety staff including the department head. Also spoke to several people via phone in Canada.

The first visual interview is through WebEx, and has two rounds, the first round is general background and the next round mixed with technical questions. I have not get the second round so I don't know much about that.
