Phone screen with a recruiter first, then an hour video interview with hiring manager. Pretty conversational interview going over my past experience and skills. We discussed the role and I was able to ask my own questions. Both people interviewing me were friendly and professional

the process is normal, and it last for 30 min with HR, They won't be able to process it if you don't have a work permit in hands.

There were 2 rounds of interviews, one for the behaviour and one for technical. The 2 rounds are with different interviewers asking questions regarding specifically to resume and job description.
Asked about capital markets and specific instruments like derivatives, fixed income bonds, money markets, and my knowledge about front office Profit and loss experience. I was also asked about my interest in the role
