Got contacted by the recruiter .. had a virtual interview with the hiring manager which went great! never heard back for more than a month. Not even a rejection! such disrespect to the candidates by not bothering themselves to even send a rejection email.

Stage 1 - Online Assessment on HackerRank
Stage 2 - 30 minute Zoom Interview, mostly just asking about projects on my resume
Overall, very simple interview process, got the offer after following up.
Just one interview with the tech lead and the director of innovation.
Ask me mostly about Behavioural questions. It was not that technical.
They asked me mostly about how I work in a group setting.

Describe a time when you had to think outside the box to come to a solution.
Coding assessment then interview with 2 people. Asked bunch of technical questions like if I have used xyz as well as questions about past work experiences / projects. Lasted about 35-40 mins.
