I would say the interview process is organized very well.There is also feedback session after the interview .They also give you some questions that u can prepare in advance so you can prepare well

Greater focus on behavioural questions over technical knowledge. You skip the online assessments if you completed the Spring programme. There is a half-hour telephone interview. Still waiting for a response on whether I've progressed to the AC.

Entretien
online tests, phone interview and then there's an assessment centre, consisting of a group case study, presentation and 2 interviews with senior members of the team. Whole process was quite fast.
