I applied online through the RBC career website. Got a call from the branch administrator within the week. First interview was with the brokers that i will be working for. Second interview is with the branch manager. Then the branch administrator called to make me an offer. The offer is only what RBC pays, not what your final salary will be. You base pay will be terrible, but the bonus component makes up the difference.

Pre screen then interview asked the most regular questions and then technical as well. I think I performed well as I got a lot of good feed back. I will most likely go on to the next round.

I was asked whether my parents are alive. The most shocking experience of my entire life, but I'm glad that I won't continue with the process. Followed by questions like whether you are the only child. Very interesting.
3 remote interviews. One with boss, one with branchhead, one with potentiakl coworker. did not go well. but I will try again next time. but yuou never know the future.
