I applied online and got a call for an interview in a week. the interview went pretty well and the manager responded positively and even told me that he would contact me with the response in a couple of days. It's been over a week and I think the manager ghosted me.
Extremely unprofessional.

A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes

The interview includes 2 rounds: 1st round with HR, 2nd round with branch manager. You need to have IFC certificate for the position, but actually they don'r use this one
