The first Zoom interview was with a Recruiter. The next Zoom interview was with a Team Lead. They were interested in my background and how I've dealt with people going through difficult emotions.
It involved a connection by email with the Interviewer. We set up a Zoom interview. That was followed up with a proposal from me and then being chosen for the position. We went back and forth on the agreement.
