Online interviewing with one on one with a manager that did not know what they wanted from the employee. Asked a bunch of unrelated questions to try and figure out what they wanted while in the interview process.

Will show up later. Will not know your name not will they read your resume. Moreover, will make irrelevant questions such as "what's your marital status? Do you have kids?" Like, are you flirting with me or something??? NEVER APPLY TO THESE HR CONSULTANTS. They are horrid
