I have been impressed with thier interview appoach. The interview was based on answering situational questions. The position was explained very well as were the goals of the company. I was able to meet with the entire team on the day of my 2nd interview. I have a 3rd interview and then they will be making a final decision. They have been very thorough in determining if my personality and skills are a good fit for the office climate and responsibilities of the position. They have been very professional and speedy.
