Had 2 interviews the same day, first with a supervisor, then with the director. the whole process took a little more than an hour. I thought I did well, but did not receive an offer. When I called HR, I was told the position had been filled. This was in Jan 2013. I got a call from them in July 2103. I thought it was an interview call, but was told I had already gone through the interview process, & this was a job offer, and if I could start next week.
