Entretien
First I got a phone interview, that was easy because I had previously worked as a sampler when I was in college. The 1:1 was an hour long, basically they explain the roles and ask why you are the right person for the job. Had to wait 2 weeks for a response since the person who interviewed me went on vacations. The I had to Skype with the regional On Premise Manager for Central America and the Caribbean.

They ask unexpected but fun questions like: if I gave you 3 plane tickets, which destinations would you choose.
Typically the process takes a long time - 5-10 interviews, both in person and over the phone, with a variety of different levels of management and HR. Interviews towards the end of the process are often back to back and can take nearly a whole day

Def. not a place for a woman over 23. If you are at the top of your game go someplace else you will not get hired, cute or not. Interview was less than challenging.
