The interview process consisted of a number of questions that required a recorded answer. They asked about personality traits, previous accomplishments and how you would act in certain situations. Besides the interview, a personality test included questions about how you would manage a ski team on a ski trip, how you would face different challenges etc.

Sending the CV through the online platform, then you have to do a personality test, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you do a online video interview, answering three questions, with only a few minutes to prepare.

So far, the interview process has been organized, efficient, and not too difficult
The firs interview consist in a digital interview, that you make all by yourself through a specific app/website. You record yourself answering to the few questions they ask you contextually
