An initial phone screening with HR to evaluate the candidate's qualifications, video screening, tell me about why you want this position, what inspires you, tell me about a project you work on and second call.
The interview was online. Not great! They used a really terrible app that inverted your face (oddly,). The website also crashed! Overall, the process was not stellar. The questions were ok.
