Entretien
I applied online on Indeed and honestly I wasn’t expecting to hear back. At this point, I was desperate for a job so I just applied to a bunch of places where I thought it’d be okay for me to work. I filled out so many applications for so many places but haven’t heard back. I assume it’s due to my age and lack of experience (16). But I heard back from the manager 2 days later and he scheduled me in for an Interview. I applied on Tuesday, got a call back on Thursday, and went in for an interview on Saturday. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and at the end he told me to come back on Wednesday to fill out paper work. Overall, I thought that some of the questions were hard but maybe it’s because this was my first interview. I just didn’t know how to answer them lol. But the manager was chill and cool.
The interview was a straightforward and easy process. They asked about my availability, transportation, and prior work experience. The interview went by quickly and felt more like a conversation. It seems like they check to see if you fit in well with the team.

Super easy going, was able to talk to them like a friend and barely asked hard questions. More like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had a lot of calls during it but he wasn’t expecting me
My interview was a bit unique. I was interviewed three times, and the final one was by their manager, Christian. He was over an hour late, which I waited for. I never heard anything again from them after, which I found extremely rude after all that time I waited. It's clear they don't value their employee's time.
