It was a very easy interview compared to my previous interview with TEK systems a few months before. They did a phone screening with me that was so easy I was stunned. Very basic questions asked. Then they sent me an e-mail with instructions on how the interview would be inducted. You are given a script that you have to go over and it's best to memorize what you can. I practiced a lot and was very prepared. Then the in person interview is several hours long, I was there probably 3-4 hours talking to all kinds of people. Half of it was shadowing and listening to presentations. I did a script run through with 1 person and interviewed with 2 people. They also asked me some questions. All the interview questions I was asked, I found on Glassdoor so I was prepared and wasn't surprised by any question. Most questions are behavioral. They want to make sure you are a good fit. They do not care if you don't have experience. What they want to see right away is that you are COACHABLE. Meaning, if you run through the script once and they tell you to change something the next time through...CHANGE WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO CHANGE. SAY WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO SAY. This can make or break your interview. They will teach you everything when you get hired so they want to know that you're competent enough to take instruction.
