Very comfortable and relaxed, as long as you can read and be coached and continue to develop as well as provide help to other agents in team coaching's. then you will do extremely well with the interview as well as with in the company.

Entretien
The Sales Interview was fairly straight forward. I applied through a referral application and had a short phone interview with the recruiter about my background. Afterwards we scheduled an in person interview with a Sales Team Manager, where once again we discussed my experience and abilities, after which I shadowed a Team Member for approximately an hour. Finally, I was asked to meet with the Director of Sales and Operations where he provided me with a mock sales pitch and asked me to sale him the product. I did and after several rebuttals he decided that the service was good for him. Afterwards on the very same day I was offered the position.
