A recruiter contacted me twice and then disappeared both times. The first time, we had a phone interview, but I never received any feedback or outcome. Then, about five months later, he reached out again to schedule another conversation, but after that he stopped responding as well.

Long. It went on for over a month. I had an initial call, a recruiter call, a take home challenge, and 3 other interviews after that. They rejected me after all this and didn’t tell me why.

Interviewed with a recruiter from RV in mid-August. They were kind and easy to talk to, they explained how the role would be a mid-level role to fill the growing needs of the team. We discussed how the position would be hybrid (Monday-Thursday in office, Fridays remote), benefits such as PTO and flexibility, and RV culture.
