A recruiter reached out to me to set uop an initial phone screen. After 3 weeks I was asked if I wanted to do a panel interview with some of the members of their team. The phone screen was pretty basic. They asked me what I currently did, what I knew aout the company, what were my salary expectations. But very little questions that would actually relate to what I'd be doing on the job. The panel interview was just them trying to sell me on the job essentially. They only asked a 2 questions. One was related to my academics, one was just a character question. In the end I was rejected and the whole process took over a month.
