I was interviewed by four people at the Rhodes main office in McAllen, TX. The interviewers introduced themselves and gave me a chance to introduce myself. They explained the job, what the positions duties and responsibilities were. They then took turns asking me questions. They would ask follow up questions and clarify any misunderstandings on either party's part. They concluded by giving me the opportunity to present any questions that I had and describing what the following steps would be.

The process was easy and they were quick to reach out to me to schedule an appointment for my interview. When that time came everything went smoothly and everyone was friendly.

The interview was conducted in person and included both behavioral and situational questions. I was asked to share examples of my experience managing construction schedules and collaborating with teams. I highlighted my skills in project management and problem-solving, drawing from my internship at Century Construction. The process helped me understand more about the company's priorities and confirmed how well my goals align with the role. I left feeling confident about my fit with the team and excited about the opportunity.
