Found the job on LinkedIn and applied through Bosch website. First recruiter called to ask very basic questions. Another recruiter contacted me for a quick phone screen a day or two after first contact. Phone screen was about 30 min. A week later, had an hour virtual interview with the hiring manager and another supervisor/team lead. The interview went well. It was more of a conversation about my experiences rather than typical behavioral or SMART questions. No BS mind games.
