The interview process was good. It started on time and ended on time. The questions were not typical interview questions. They are mix of behavior based and technical. They asked me to explain a technical problem I solved, which was good.
But the HR behaved cheapishly did not reimburse the travel charges. I had to spend 3000 rupees to attend the interview. She told that she would send reimbursement form but she turned deaf later - no matter how many times I reminded her, she did not reply. I thought that was cheap and unprofessional.

Initial screening call followed by an in person interview.
The interview consisted of a fairly standard set of questions and then being presented with a schematic drawing of a system and engaging in a discussion of what it was, how it might work, reasons why it might not and how it could be improved.

The On-site interview was one of the worst interviews I had. One of the interviewers did not show up on time and then spent time boasting his contributions and then asked meaningless questions. The group manager did not show up for the interview. Then I was asked to wait for an hour and then was told that he will call and given a time frame. He never called, then I was given a different time frame which he again missed but called at late evening that day. Finally, we managed to talk on the phone on Friday evening while he was picking up his kids and asked meaningless questions.
