Re-sit of the Ability Test – as the tests you completed on-line were unsupervised you will be asked to re-sit one of them. The test had be done handwritten, calculators were provided. It was a 25 min numerical test. The best would be to re-visit the online tests. - Competency Interview – you will be asked to give examples of times you’ve demonstrated some of the competencies that are important to us. First I had to do a 10 minutes presentation about myself. Questions about my CV and my work experience were asked, as well as qeusteions about the graduate programme in general. - Application of Knowledge Interview – this exercise allows us to gauge your understanding of the specific business area that invited you to interview. Not a very enjoyable task but the key things they are looking for id communication skills and teamworking so focus on that.
