open day: first they check poassport and tatoos, then there is a very easy english test for all the attendances, then there is a face to face interview. It was in rome, we were almost 150 i guess. After the frontal interview they let u know if u didnt pass it. Otherwise they tell you that they will let u know shortly. I got reply after 15 days

Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
