Successful candidates proceed to the second stage, which is a one-on-one technical interview conducted via an online meeting, focusing on domain-specific expertise and practical applications. The final stage is an in-office face-to-face (F2F) round that includes both HR and technical interviews, evaluating a candidate’s technical proficiency, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role before making a final hiring decision.
