I was approached via linkedin by HR from Singapore and was impressed by the whole experience. He went through the company profile and nature of business while sharing about the role as i didnt know of the company's existence. A very transparent conversation and expectation set right at the beginning such as rounds of interview, expectation of role and career development opportunities.

Entretien
I applied for a Senior Product Manager role at SITA in early 2025 and was really looking forward to the opportunity. SITA has a strong global reputation in aviation technology, and I was excited about the chance to be part of such an important organization.
The process started with a screening call with a Talent Acquisition representative. While it began as a normal conversation, it later shifted toward expectations that felt personal and unrelated to my qualifications or the role itself. There were references to personal benefit and financial flexibility, and I was left with the impression that meeting those expectations could influence whether I would move forward in the process.
This was surprising and uncomfortable, as I expected the interview to focus on my experience and fit for the role. I stayed professional and kept the discussion focused on my background. Shortly after, I was informed that I would not be progressing further.
What made this more concerning is that I later met other professionals who shared very similar experiences. This is disappointing, especially because SITA is a well-known and respected company globally.
I still believe SITA is a great organization, and I hope that all candidates have an experience that reflects the professionalism and integrity the company stands for.

Entretien
HR level to set expectations, followed by hiring manager who will interview and check knowledge and he will pass to a separate panel to see if you are a fit in the organisation as a third party view.
