Lengthy process, phone screen with hiring manager went well, then didn't hear back from HR rep until 2-4 weeks before receiving a call for a face to face interview. 2nd interview (face to face) was unnecessarily difficult with silly, yet probing questions. Wasn't sure if i made that round having not heard back from HR for another 2-3 weeks.

Entretien
Two stage, firstly face to face and simultaneously over the phone with the US, then face to face followed by a conversation with a Ukrainian employee by phone. The first interview was conducted by an interviewer locally with various questions put by a couple of people located in the US office in Atlanta. The second interview was held 3 weeks later by the same local interviewer and a Ukrainian employee.
