Email with recruiter. Given access to their personnel board to create internal "profile". Given a basic test on MS Word via online delivery. 2 interviews with current personnel. Accepted for "future" contract positions as they become available matching my profile.

Wanted to talk about background and prior projects. Wanted to see how I saw myself fitting into their project-based culture. Very friendly associates. Lots of information about their culture and how contract (via 1099 or W2) work proceeds.
