My interview was conducted by an HR man from Lisbon, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst interview I've ever experienced. The interviewer was consistently rude and unprofessional, giving off the impression that he believes being unkind is a way to show authority. At one point, he even questioned why I was shaking my head, which felt both unnecessary and uncomfortable. I wonder if he behaves the same way with male candidates. If this is the company’s idea of a first impression, they should seriously reconsider how their employees represent them. A more respectful and welcoming approach would better reflect the company’s values and culture.
