Than they asked some behaviour questions. Normal questions.
Sanofi wants working experience about the position you applied to.

It was a phone call. They asked me about myself and then when and how I applied the techniques they were asking for in the position. It was not hard, if you really know about the techniques they ask, you should even enjoy he interview.
