Online-Video-Interview ohne Gesprächspartner.
Provadis hat gut vorher erklärt, wie das "Gespräch" ablaufen würde. Trotzdem fand ich das Gesprächsformat (ohne Gesprächspartner) wirklich nicht angenehm. Habe mich gefreut, dass ich eingeladen wurde, obwohl ich am Ende dann nicht genommen wurde. War ja trotzdem eine Erfahrung!

Sich selbst in 3 Min vorstellen, warum Trainee, welche Erwartungen hat man an den Trainee, wo schonmal Führungserfahrung gesammelt.
Eine Frage war auf Englisch.

After I was invited for a language Test.
And then I was selected for an interview with manager
Usual questions as any other interview in any company about background, experiences, certification, qualitie and so on.
Interview will be with hod and hr tecniques and non technical questions asked for the interview by the interviewer and family related questions by the hod and the hr in interview

It was three step interview process. First one was written. Then it was problem solving skill assessed through group discussion. Final one was oral interview with head of the Department.
