Had a Video Conf with HR and a manager, and some additional online tests regarding psychology and analytical ability. The talk was pretty easy and friendly. The analytical test was rather difficult. The process was good, except in the end there was not any communication at all. If a company decides NOT to proceed with an application, I think it's the least you can do to send an information about the decision and don't let the candidate wait until forever if they are going to proceed or not.
