I performed two tests: logic and personality test. Then I had an interview with recruiting manager and an interview with recruiting manager’s colleague. The interview process was quick and easy. Took about 2 weeks.
First Logical and behavioral test. Which is quite easy. One more week later had online Interview with hiring managers. Another interview with director of the department. Kind of relaxing conversation.
Human resources interview on tje phone first. They ask about past experiences and why I want this job. Later an online interview with department manager and hunan resources specialist at the same time asking for both technic and soft skill questions.
