Not very detailed and superficial...... They were not very interested in your previous work experience, but rather a reason to not select you. They had no interest in your current duties or your experience in the industry and were not looking to what they could do to make things better; but rather how to just satisfy the status quo.

Good because I was familiar with the job and it was a step moving up. I was friends with the interview as the interviewee so it was no brainer and we had a good laugh and firm handshake

Entretien
The interview process was a quick, in person interview and I was offered the position that same day. It was a very typical job interview, as far as the questions go with no strings attached.
The process was simple. They also like to hire from within. My account manager recommended me for the position and I go an interview in 2 weeks. The process was quick and easy. I went through 3 different interviews. With my boss, his boss and the client of the site. All went well
