Phone interview with recruiter and then interview with director of business development and onto a 3rd interview with another upper management . Met with CEO which was very laid back.

Good. No complaints except beware of a job that sounds too good to be true. Prepared with Rehab admisison criteria and Medicare guidelines and the joint venture between Dignity and Select Med, the interview was not difficult. There were no questions asked about qualifications just how one may handle difficult or strained relationships with doctors or Case managers and ways one may approach them. Interviewer explains job well except for some obvious difficulties everyone faces once in a new position.
