Was contacted over the phone about a week after submitting online application. Scheduled panel Interview with three admin employees. Interview was about 30 minutes long. Asked about background with some behavior interview questions

It was during an interview fair. Interview was with two supervisors, they were friendly. Short interview process overall. Around 4-5 straight forward question that include time management, communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution.
It was on the phone, and it included the average question. Due to my many years in customer service, that was the main focus. They were very nice and I enjoyed myself.

Received phone call 2 weeks after applying online. Did multiple phone interviews including zoom interview. Took almost another two weeks to hear back with the results from the interview. Then, another month to actually get a Started on background check and reference check. Now just waiting on physical and start date.
